Timothy Kenny

Timothy Kenny is a former newspaper foreign editor, non-profit foundation executive, Fulbright scholar, and college journalism professor. He has traveled widely throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia and has lived and worked in Romania and Kosovo. His narrative nonfiction has appeared in twenty U.S. and European literary journals, including “The Gettysburg Review,” “Irish Pages,” “The Kenyon Review Online,” “Green Mountains Review,” “The Amsterdam Quarterly,” “The Galway Review,” and “Banshee.” His 2015 collection of nonfiction essays, Far Country, Stories From Abroad and Other Places, was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. His short fiction has been published in “The Dunes Review” and upcoming in the “Midwest Review.” Kenny lives in eastern Connecticut with his wife and daughter.
