Theresa was P.A. to the author J.P. Donleavy for many years before graduating M.A. (Classics) and a teaching degree. She is a past winner of the Molly Keane Creative Writing Award and nominee for Best Small Fictions. Her work has been published in various journals including The Incubator, Stepaway Magazine, Fictive Dream, Ellipsis Zine, Cold Coffee Stand, The Write Launch, Cabinet of Heed and Ad Hoc Fiction. She is currently working on a novel as well as short form fiction, poetry and contributing to a biography of J.P. Donleavy. She has been selected as one of 16 new and emerging writers to be included in The 32 anthology, publication 2020.
