Rachel Wild was brought up in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, and now lives in London. Her short fiction has been published in Ellipsis Zine, The Nottingham Review and the Bristol Short Story Prize Anthology. She has been an editor at The Forge Literary Magazine, an international online publication, since 2016.
