Morgan L. Ventura is a poet, writer, and ex-archaeologist based in Belfast. Their poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Olney Magazine, Romance Options: Love Poems for Today (Dedalus Press), The Deadlands, Abridged, and Bending Genres, among others, while her fiction and essays appear in Lackington's, Geist, and Best Canadian Essays 2021. A former Fulbright-Hays fellow to Mexico, Morgan holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Chicago and is finishing the MA in Poetry at the Seamus Heaney Centre, QUB.
