Massimiliano Nastri

Born in 1973 in Italy, spent my childhood in a German-speaking village up on the Alps, then moved south. In 2006 moved again, first to Dublin then to Belfast, where I got my last PhD and work as teaching assistant at Queen's University. My subject is the interwar collapse leading to fascism; the poets I like are those who resisted with their witness: Sereni, Zbigniew Herbert, Brodskij, Akhmatova.
