Indrani is an Indian American writer and visual artist working with performance and text. Raised in North Carolina, she has been based in Berlin since completing her MFA at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2014. She also lived and worked in Indonesia for 5 years developing a decolonized aesthetic. She has been published in AQNB, Art Radar, Just Gushing, and SALT. Magazine of Feminism and Contemporary Art and performed her work at Fiction Canteen and The Poetic Groove. Two of her self published projects are also online: a dating blog called fiftydatesofgrey.com and a web series called thegoldenbrowngirls.com. Her current writing examines the interaction of gender and identity with urban and technological landscapes.
