Gail Mahon

Gail Mahon has exhibited nationally and internationally- Ireland, Italy, U.K and China, also gaining her master’s degree at the Royal College of Art, London (2015). She also works collaboratively and leads the interdisciplinary research group CAAKE  (collaborative arts and kinetic environments)- to develop events and participatory projects. Currently Artist-in-Residence from November to February 2020 with Art Arcadia’s at St. Augustine’s Old school House, Derry-Londonderry. Recent shows include, In Search of the Vernacular, Thameside Studio Gallery, London (2019), Dissolving Histories: New Narratives, Golden Thread Gallery, Belfast; Residue, Galway Arts Centre (2017). Artist residencies with Art Arcadia and Ulster University, Pietrafittia, Italy (2016) and St. Augustine’s Old School House, Derry-Londonderry (2018).
