Annie Kissack is a teacher, writer, spoken-word performer and composer, who in 2018, won the title of the Fifth Manx Bard. Her poetry has been widely published on her native Isle of Man and also further afield in publications such as The Honest Ulsterman, Snakeskin, The High Window, and The North among others. Her first collection, Mona Sings, a book of Manx-themed poetry, was published in October 2022.
