Andrea Ward is from Dublin. Her poetry has been published in Hennessy New Irish Writing (The Irish Times), Crannóg, Skylight 47, Poetry Ireland Review, Cyphers, Channel, Reflected Light (Grey Hen, 2020), and previously in The Honest Ulsterman. She was shortlisted in the Strokestown 2019 Pastimes Past Times competition, the 2019 Over the Edge New Writer of the Year award, and was highly commended in the 2020 Red Line Book Festival Poetry Competition. Memoir pieces of hers have been broadcast on RTE’s Sunday Miscellany.
