Catie May McAleese
Catie May McAleese is a nineteen-year-old poet and student of English and Creative Writing at Queen’s University Belfast. She was shortlisted for the Orwell Youth Prize in 2022 and Highly Commended in 2023. She has completed the Seamus Heaney Summer School, as well as several writing intensives at the University of Cambridge. She has been published both locally and internationally and is working towards her first collection.
